By gathering residual materials, this system effectively implements a closed-loop process of mixing, scattering, collection, and reuse, ensuring complete supervision of residual amounts to enhance cost savings and efficiency.
Featuring a fully hydraulic control system, the machine utilizes either scraper loading or belt loading, along with a cleaning roller brush, to thoroughly collect all residual materials into a designated box while simultaneously cleaning the floor. This is particularly effective for maintaining hygiene in the L-shaped area of the feeding channel, significantly reducing the risk of feed contamination and maintaining residual material levels between 3% and 5%.
The machine is equipped with a self-designed chassis that supports either two-wheel or four-wheel drive, complemented by a specialized hydraulic clutchless speed change system.
Constructed from Q345B manganese steel, the equipment boasts enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. Advanced laser cutting and CNC bending techniques ensure uniformity and standardization across all components.
A built-in weighing system allows for real-time monitoring and integration of residual materials with feeding software, maintaining control of residual levels within the 3% to 5% range.
The vehicle features an integrated reversing and in-box imaging system, providing real-time visibility of driving conditions and the status of materials within the vehicle.
